The Accounting Careers Leadership Academy

The Accounting Careers Leadership Academy (ACLA) is an exciting professional development opportunity to help college students from underrepresented backgrounds prepare for a successful future in the accounting industry. Participants will hear from leaders in the profession as they highlight the limitless possibilities of a career as a CPA.

Accounting Career Days

Accounting Career Days are half-day events that bring local high school students together on a college campus to learn about the accounting major and CPA careers. Local CPAs serve as speakers and share insights into the profession and explain the variety of career paths available. College accounting majors encourage students to follow their path and also share advice related to the transition from high school to college. Accounting Career Day will be in person in 2024.

Student Ambassadors

The Student Ambassador Program operates at 26 Ohio college campuses. With the help of the Ambassadors, students have a better understanding of rewarding career opportunities that come with an accounting degree and the benefits of becoming a CPA.
