CPA of Ohio: Jamie Schaffer

by Jessica Salerno | Jun 15, 2021
This week's CPA of Ohio is Jamie Schaffer, recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati.

What's a long-term goal of yours?

I'm working toward creating more of a routine for myself when it comes to meditating and exercising. I like finding different relaxation techniques and ways to just stay active. So I've been interested in that for the past couple years and I'm just trying to really solidify it in my life.

Why do you love spending time with dogs?

At my dad's house, we have three dogs. And then at my mom's, we have one dog. And in college, I was involved with something called 4 Paws for Ability, it's basically an organization that trains dogs to be service dogs in the future. And then about halfway through college is when I got involved with that, because one of my best friends was involved with it. And I saw how much she enjoyed it and how much of a difference she was making.
