Ethics focus isn't optional

If you’ve participated in any of my ethics courses, you often heard me say that "legal" and "ethical" do not mean the same thing. You’ve also heard me say that every cause of fraud is an ethical issue, but every ethical issue is not fraud. In this article, global business leaders share their view of ethics, current challenges and how an ethical culture is created.

A key takeaway is that if you want to manage your fraud risk or your reputational risk, you must focus on ethics. There is no effective enterprise risk management without that focus.
