Ohio Business Gateway update: A sneak peek of the modernized Gateway

The look and feel of the Ohio Business Gateway has been revamped. The site is reorganized so you can easily find the information you need. View the video above for a quick sneak peek of the modernized Gateway.

Updated transaction flow & checkout process

The transaction process is streamlined in the modernized Gateway so that transactions that do not require payment can be filed without going through the checkout process. Also, business users can edit payment information, such as payment amount, payment type and payment date, directly from their checkout cart. Online case management system

The modernized Gateway features an entirely new online help and case management system that makes finding and requesting help on the Gateway faster and more intuitive.
