OSCPA recently completed an all-hands-on-deck blitz of Ohio to drop off treats, tchotchkes and well wishes for its members.

Over the course of two weeks, 24 OSCPA employees visited 144 organizations in every corner of the state to share their appreciation for everything OSCPA members are doing.

“CPAs make business and people better. We are proud to serve this profession and we’re honored to show our appreciation in a special and fun way,” said Denise Ison-Miller, director of employer experience at OSCPA. “This endeavor allowed us to meet so many great people across the state in a variety of roles and organizations.”

Many of the firms and corporations OSCPA visited posed for photos with staff members and shared them on social media. To see all the photos from OSCPA’s tour around the state, visit http://bit.ly/OhioCPAProud.

Here are a few other stats from the visits:

  • The photos OSCPA shared received 155 Facebook likes and were shared by 23 organizations.
  • The #OhioCPAProud hashtag was used 28 times by 15 organizations and reached nearly 21,000 people and still growing.
  • Many organizations have posted their own stories, including Holbrook Manter.

“Our members, whether working in public accounting, in companies, government or academia, make Ohio a better place to live and work,” Ison-Miller said. “We thank you for your efforts, and look forward to building our relationship with you and your organization!”
