California sets $500,000 threshold for remote seller tax collection obligation
In the wake of South Dakota v. Wayfair, California Governor Newsom has signed into law Assembly Bill 147, which imposes a sales/use tax collection obligation on remote sellers that exceed $500,000 in sales for delivery in California.
