Diversity & Inclusion: We sponsor and co-host multiple DEI-focused events throughout the year. We strive to create a positive impact on diversity-focused issues within our communities. In 2021, we sponsored a DEI at the Goering Center and sponsored the Ohio Society of CPA's Women, Wealth, and Wellness event. Our D&I Committee members attend monthly meetings within our company and outside of our company with alliance firms. We also have internal Coffee and Conversations events quarterly to discuss DEI issues.
